JSD PCB has a certified quality management system, certified environmental system. We have knowledge of the specifications and standards for acceptability of printed circuit board quality.

All the outgoing boards will be tested by FQC visual test, AOI test and 100% E-test (open and short test of circuit).

JSD PCB performs the following tests:

Ø Inspection by E-test and AOI;

Ø Impedance Measuring;

Ø Provide Micro-section;

Ø High voltage test and reliability test;

Ø Thermal shocking test and insulating resistance test;

Ø Ionic contamination test;

Ø Soldering capability test;
